# The Lake Lothing (Lowestoft) Third Crossing Order 2020, Article 22: Compulsory acquisition of land

Extent: E+W

(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or as is incidental to it.
(2) This article is subject to article 26 (compulsory acquisition of rights, etc) and article 27 (acquisition of subsoil and airspace only) and article 33 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
