# The Lake Lothing (Lowestoft) Third Crossing Order 2020, Article 51: Saving for undertaker's highway and planning functions

Except as expressly provided, nothing in this Order is to prejudice the rights, powers and duties of the undertaker under the 1980 Act, the 1990 Act and the 1991 Act in relation to the highways constructed as part of the authorised development.
