# The Lake Lothing (Lowestoft) Third Crossing Order 2020, Article 55: Deemed marine licence

The undertaker is granted a deemed marine licence under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act to carry out the activities specified in Part 1 of Schedule 12 (deemed marine licence), subject to the conditions set out in Parts 2 to 4 of that Schedule.
