  "text": "Work No. 1 – as shown on sheets 1 and 2 of the works plans and being the construction of new highway comprising—\n(a) Work No. 1A\n(i) the construction of new highway comprising carriageway and cycleway and forming the new bridge northern approach;\n(ii) the construction of a new roundabout, together with related approach roads and adjacent cycleways;\n(iii) the construction of earth embankments supporting the new highway;\n(iv) the construction of a building to accommodate electrical plant and the installation of electrical apparatus; and\n(v) associated landscaping.\n(b) Work No. 1B\n(i) the construction of new highway comprising carriageway and cycleway;\n(ii) the construction of a bridge deck supporting the new highway;\n(iii) the construction of an abutment and pier supporting the new bridge deck;\n(iv) the construction of piles and pile caps supporting the abutment and pier; and\n(v) the construction of new private means of access as shown on sheet 1 of the rights of way and access plans.\n(c) Work No. 1C\n(i) the construction of new highway comprising carriageway and cycleway;\n(ii) the construction of a bridge deck supporting the new highway;\n(iii) the construction of piers supporting the new bridge deck;\n(iv) the construction of piles and pile caps supporting the piers; and\n(v) the construction of new private means of access as shown on sheet 1 of the rights of way and access plans.\n(d) Work No. 1D\n(i) the construction of new highway comprising carriageway and cycleway;\n(ii) the construction of a bridge deck supporting the new highway;\n(iii) the construction of piers within the watercourse supporting the new bridge deck;\n(iv) the construction of piles and pile caps within the watercourse supporting the piers and fendering;\n(v) the construction of an opening section of bridge and associated barriers and signage; and\n(vi) the construction of fendering within the watercourse.\n(e) Work No. 1E\n(i) the construction of new highway comprising carriageway and cycleway and forming the new bridge southern approach;\n(ii) the construction of a bridge deck supporting the new highway;\n(iii) the construction of abutments and piers supporting the new bridge deck;\n(iv) the construction of piles and pile caps supporting the abutments and piers;\n(v) the construction of earth embankment with retaining walls to support the new highway;\n(vi) the construction of new private means of access as shown on sheet 2 of the rights of way and access plans; and\n(vii) the improvement of existing highways, including realignment, to facilitate tie-ins to Work No. 2.",
