  "text": "Work No. 6 – as shown on sheet 2 of the works plans and being the construction of a new control tower building area for the new bridge comprising—\n(a) the construction of a new control tower building for the operation of the lifting section of the new bridge;\n(b) the construction of a new electrical substation and plant room; and\n(c) the construction of new highway to provide a new access road and parking facilities for the new control tower building and electrical substation and plant room referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b), and to accommodate the new private means of access being as shown on sheet 2 of the rights of way and access plans.",
