# The Lake Lothing (Lowestoft) Third Crossing Order 2020, Paragraph 67

Extent: E+W

With the exception of any duty owed by the harbour authority to the undertaker, nothing in this Order is to be construed as imposing upon the harbour authority any duty or liability to which the harbour authority would not otherwise be subject.
