# The Lancaster Port Commission Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2003, Article 3: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the Commission” means the Lancaster Port Commission and “the Commissioners” means the members for the time being of the Commission;
“the new constitution date” means 1st January 2004.
