# Land Charges Act 1972, Paragraph 2


The following provisions of paragraph 1 above shall cease to have effect upon the coming into operation of the first scheme under the Corn Rents Act 1963, that is to say:—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), the words “and 6(1)”; and
(b) sub-paragraph (e).
