  "title": "The Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1990",
  "long_title": "These Rules amend the Land Charges Rules 1974 to permit a facsimile transmission application for an official search in the index under section 10(1)(b) of the Land Charges Act 1972 and to prescribe the form in which it shall be made. Additionally, the Rules provide that an application for an office copy of an entry may also be made by facsimile transmission if the fee is debited to the applicant’s credit account, and prescribe the form to be used.",
