Article 4 Amendment to Rule 19

After paragraph (3) of rule 19 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(4)

Where the applicant has a credit account and the prescribed fee is debited by the Registrar to that account, an application for an office copy of an entry in a register may also be made by facsimile transmission in Form K19.”.
