LAND CHARGES
Made 7th February 1990
Coming into force 2nd April 1990
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 10(1)(b), 16(1) and 17(1) of the Land Charges Act 1972, hereby makes the following Rules:
