  "title": "The Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1994",
  "long_title": "These Rules amend the Land Charges Rules 1974 to permit an application for an official search in the index under section 10(1)(b) of the Land Charges Act 1972 to be made to the registrar’s computer system by means of the applicant’s remote terminal. Additionally, the Rules provide that an application for an office copy of an entry may also be made to the registrar’s computer system by means of the applicant’s remote terminal, if the fee is debited to the applicant’s credit account, and prescribe the form to be used.",
