Rule 4 Amendments to the principal rules

In Schedule 2 to the principal rules—

(a)

substitute for Form K9 the form set out in Schedule 2,

(b)

omit Form K14, and

(c)

for the word “solicitor” in each place where it occurs in a form, substitute “conveyancer”.
