  "text": "In rule 2(2)—\n(a) at the end of the definition of “county” add “but does not include a unitary authority area”,\n(b) after the definition of “day” insert—\n““district” includes—\n(a) a London borough, and\n(b) the City of London,\nbut does not include a unitary authority area;,”,\n(c) for the definition of “principal office” substitute—\n““principal office” means the office of the registry specified in a direction pursuant to section 17(2) of the Act;”, and\n(d) after the definition of “relevant particulars” insert—\n““unitary authority area” means—\n(a) a county for which there are no district councils,\n(b) a district in an area for which there is no county council,\n(c) a county or county borough in Wales,\n(d) the Isles of Scilly.”.",
