# The Land Charges Fees (Amendment) Rules 1994, Introduction: Introductory text


LAND CHARGES
Made 8th February 1994
Coming into force 28th March 1994
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 9(1), 10(2), 16(1) and 17(1) of the Land Charges Act 1972, with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Rules:—
