# The Land Charges Fees (Amendment) Rules 2012, Introduction: Introductory text


Land Charges, England And Wales
Made 20th November 2012
Coming into force 17th December 2012
The Secretary of State makes the following rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(1), 10(2), 16(1) and 17(1) of the Land Charges Act 1972.
In accordance with section 16(1) of that Act, the Treasury has concurred in the making of these rules.
