Rule 4 Amendments to the principal rules

For rule 3 substitute—

“3.

Every fee which accompanies an application shall, except as mentioned in rule 4 or as the Registrar may otherwise allow, be paid in cash or by means of a cheque or postal order crossed and made payable to Land Registry.”.
