Rule 7 Amendments to the principal rules

For paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the principal rules substitute—

“5.

Cheques shall be made payable to Land Registry and sent to the Accounts Section, Land Charges Department, at the office of the registry specified in a direction pursuant to section 17(2) of the Act.”.
