  "text": "Without prejudice to section 10(3)(a) (issue of certificate), where an applicant for an official search in the index—\n(a) makes his application by telephone and requests the result of search to be given to him orally as part of the same telephone call; or\n(b) delivers Form K15 in person at the principal office or at such other office as the registrar may direct and requests the result of search to be displayed to him,\nthe registrar may comply with the request in such manner and on such conditions as he may determine.",
