# The Land Charges Rules 1974, Article 6


An application for registration or rectification (other than an application made by a practising solicitor or relating to a land charge of Class F) shall, unless the registrar otherwise directs, be supported by a statutory declaration in Form K14 by the person on whose behalf the application is made.
