  "text": "(1) Nothing in this Act shall apply to any purchase of the whole or any part of any statutory undertaking under any enactment in that behalf prescribing the terms on which the purchase is to be effected.\n(2) In this section, “statutory undertaking” means an undertaking established by an enactment.",
