  "text": "(1) In this order—\n“the Act of 1961” means the Land Compensation Act 1961; and\n“the parties directly concerned” has the meaning assigned to that expression by section 22(1) of the Act of 1961.\n(2) A section referred to by number in this order means the section so numbered in the Act of 1961.\n(3) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.",
