# Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973, Section 14: Disputes.


(1) Any question of disputed compensation under this Part of this Act shall be referred to and determined by the Lands Tribunal.
(2) No such question arising out of a claim made before the first claim day shall be referred to that Tribunal before the beginning of that period.
