# Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973, Section 61: Construction of section 6 of Railway Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845.


At the end of section 6 of the Railway Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 (construction of railway to be subject to that Act and Land Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 there shall be added the following subsection—
“(2) For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that in this section the reference to the construction of the railway includes a reference to the execution of works in connection therewith.”
