# Land Drainage Act 1961, Paragraph 1


In sub-paragraph (ix) of paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section four (which enables a scheme under that section to provide, among other matters, for the transfer of rights and liabilities to new drainage boards) the word " new " shall be omitted.
