# Land Drainage Act 1961, Paragraph 10


In subsection (4) of section twenty-nine (which enables drainage boards to obtain from surveyors of taxes particulars required for the purposes of drainage rates) for the words " on payment at a rate not exceeding five shillings for every hundred entries numbered separately " there shall be substituted the words
“on payment at such rate as the Treasury may determine”.
