# Land Drainage Act 1961, Paragraph 26


At the end of paragraph 2 of Part I of the Second Schedule (which requires the Minister, before making an order, to consider any objections duly made to the draft order) there shall be added the words
“and in making the order the Minister may make such modifications in the terms of the draft as appear to him desirable”.
