# Land Drainage Act 1961, Paragraph 33


At the end of paragraph 2 of the First Schedule (which requires the Ministers, before making an order, to consider any objections duly made to the draft order) there shall be added the words
“and in making the order the Ministers may make such modifications in the terms of the draft as appear to them desirable”.
