# Land Drainage Act 1961, Paragraph 35


In sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph 7 of the Second Schedule (which requires a member of a river board to vacate his office if without good reason he is absent from meetings of the board for more than six months) after the word " board ", where it first occurs, there shall be inserted the words
“and of any committee of the board of which he is a member”.
