Paragraph 7

At the end of section twenty-eight (which provides for the amendment of drainage rates) there shall be added the following subsection:—

“(3)

Where in pursuance of this section a drainage rate has been amended, any amount overpaid shall be repaid or allowed and any amount underpaid may be recovered as if it were arrears of the rate.”
