# Land Drainage Act 1976, Paragraph 3


In paragraph 1(3) of Part III of Schedule 9 to the London Government Act 1963 for “Section 31(2) of the Land Drainage Act 1930” substitute “Section 29(1) of the Land Drainage Act 1976”.
