  "text": "(1) Section 204 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (confidentiality of information) shall have effect in relation to information obtained by virtue of the provisions of this Act so far as they relate to functions exercisable by or in relation to the Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales as it has effect in relation to the information obtained as mentioned in that section.\n(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to information obtained by virtue of section 37A (disclosure of Revenue and Customs information).",
