  "text": "DEFENCE OF THE REALM\nMade 23rd December 1958\nComing into Operation 5th January 1959\nI, David, Viscount Kilmuir, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraph 4 of the Second Schedule to the Land Powers (Defence) Act, 1958, and all other powers enabling me in this behalf, and after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland in relation to the application of these Rules to land in Northern Ireland, do hereby make the following Rules:—",
