  "text": "Nothing in section 44 or 45 above prevents a community body from applying to register an interest in land in respect of which, or in respect of part of which, it previously had an interest which has—\n(a) ceased to have effect under section 44(1) or (4) above; or\n(b) been deleted under section 45(1) above.",
