  "text": "(1) The Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 12 (tenancies to which repairing standard duty applies), in subsection (1)—\n(a) “or” immediately after paragraph (c)(i)(B) is repealed,\n(b) after paragraph (c)(i)(C) insert––\n“(D) a modern limited duration tenancy (within the meaning of that Act), or\n(E) a repairing tenancy (within the meaning of that Act),”.",
