  "text": "(1) The 2003 Act is amended as follows.\n(2) After section 7 insert—\n“Subletting of modern limited duration tenancies\n7A A tenant may sublet the land comprised in a lease constituting a modern limited duration tenancy only on such basis as the lease expressly permits.”.",
