  "text": "(1) The 2003 Act is amended as follows.\n(2) After section 59 insert—\n“Compensation under repairing tenancies\n59A The Scottish Ministers may by regulations provide that Part 4, in its application to repairing tenancies, has effect with such modifications as the regulations may specify.”.",
