  "text": "(1) The Agriculture (Scotland) Act 1948 is modified as follows.\n(2) In schedule 5 (rules of good estate management)—\n(a) in paragraph 1, after “efficient” insert “, sustainable and regenerative”,\n(b) in paragraph 2—\n(i) the word “regular” is repealed,\n(ii) for “eradication” substitute “control”,\n(iii) the words “so far as is reasonably practicable” are repealed,\n(iv) after “efficient” insert “, sustainable and regenerative”.",
