  "text": "(1) The Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 is modified as follows.\n(2) After schedule 1 insert the following as schedule 1A—\n“Schedule 1A\nMeaning of connected person in the relevant provisions\n(introduced by sections 46L and 67J)\nPurpose of schedule\n1 This schedule makes provision for determining whether one person is connected to another for the purposes of the relevant provisions.”.\n(3) If, in the title of schedule 1A, the words “the relevant provisions”—\n(a) appear, then for those words—\n(i) in paragraph 1 of the schedule substitute “section 46L(4)(b)”,\n(ii) in the title of the schedule substitute “Chapter 2A of Part 2”,\n(b) do not appear, then—\n(i) in paragraph 1 of the schedule after “of” insert “section 46L(4)(b) and”,\n(ii) in the title of the schedule after “in” insert “Chapter 2A of Part 2 and”.\n(4) If, in the title of schedule 1A, the words “the relevant provisions”—\n(a) appear, then for those words—\n(i) in paragraph 1 of the schedule substitute “the provisions mentioned in section 67J(2)”,\n(ii) in the title of the schedule substitute “Part 2A”,\n(b) do not appear, then—\n(i) in paragraph 1 of the schedule after “46L(4)(b)” insert “and the provisions mentioned in section 67J(2)”,\n(ii) in the title of the schedule after “Chapter 2A of Part 2” insert “and Part 2A”.\n(5) After paragraph 1 of schedule 1A insert the text set out in schedule 1.",
