# The Land Registration Act 1997 (Commencement) Order 1997, Article 3


Part I of Schedule 1 to, and section 4(1) (so far as relating thereto) of, the Land Registration Act 1997 shall apply only in relation to dispositions made on or after 1st April 1998.
