In section 5 (abolition of the Minor Interests Index)—
(a) in subsection (3), for “section 83(6)(a)” substitute “ section 83(8)(a) ”; and
(b) in subsection (4), for “section 83(10)” substitute “ section 83(10)(b)(i) ”.
