# The Land Registration Act 2002 (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 6 April 2009.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Land Registration Act 2002.
