  "text": "(1) In section 4 of the Act (when title must be registered), subsection (1) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (a), omit the “or” preceding sub-paragraph (ii), and after that sub-paragraph insert—\n“or\n(iii) giving effect to a partition of land subject to a trust of land;”.\n(3) After paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) the transfer of a qualifying estate—\n(i) by a deed that appoints, or by virtue of section 83 of the Charities Act 1993 has effect as if it appointed, a new trustee or is made in consequence of the appointment of a new trustee, or\n(ii) by a vesting order under section 44 of the Trustee Act 1925 that is consequential on the appointment of a new trustee;”.",
