  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 4th April 2003 the following provisions of the Land Registration Act 2002 (“the Act”)—\nsection 128, which contains supplementary provisions relating to the making of secondary legislation under the Act;\nsection 129, which provides that the Act binds the Crown;\nsection 130, which relates to the Act’s application to internal waters;\nsections 131 and 132, which relate to the interpretation of the Act;\nsection 134(1), which confers power to make transitional provisions; and\nsection 136, which contains the Act’s short title, commencement and extent provisions.",
