  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 27th June 2003 section 102 of the Land Registration Act 2002, which gives the Lord Chancellor power, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee and the consent of the Treasury, to prescribe fees to be paid in respect of certain dealings with the Land Registry and to make provision about the payment of prescribed fees.",
