# The Land Registration Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) (No 2) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) (No 2) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 13th October 2003.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Land Registration Act 2002.
