Article 25 Obligation to make further advances

Where, immediately before commencement, an obligation to make a further advance is noted in the register under section 30(3) of the 1925 Act, the obligation is to be treated after commencement as entered in the register according to rules for the purpose of section 49(3)(b) of the Act.
