# The Land Registration Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2003, Article 4: Extension of effect of statutory provisions for the purpose of the Order


Notwithstanding the repeal of the 1925 Act, that Act shall continue in force to the extent necessary to enable the remaining provisions of this Order to have effect.
