  "text": "(1) The Land Charges Act 1972 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 14(1), for the words from “Land Registration” to the end there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.\n(3) In section 14(3)—\n(a) for the words from “section 123A” to “register)” there is substituted “ section 7 of the Land Registration Act 2002 (effect of failure to comply with requirement of registration) ”, and\n(b) for “that section” there is substituted “ section 6 of that Act ”.\n(4) In section 17(1), in the definition of “registered land”, for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.",
