# Land Registration Act 2002, Paragraph 12: Solicitors Act 1974 (c. 47)


(1) The Solicitors Act 1974 is amended as follows.
(2) In sections 22(1) and 56(1)(f), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
(3) Section 75(b) ceases to have effect.
